Take a glimpse of us on the horizon of dawn and twilight glare of expatriated lives

The dunes of our whereabouts

I apologized for just writing now. We are too busy here with our usual activities, tennis tournament, balls, other commitments, not to mention work and time spent with the family.
Lanie G: Hi Ms Phoebe, how are you.. wow your really in good safe can play 7 hours in a day thats greats..I am back into blogging now. Thanks for the call last monday..How I wish we lived close so we can have lunch together... see you next time and have a great weekend with your loving family..
***Hi Lanie, we are doing great dhay except that we have so much to do, I don't really have time in the computer.I love playing tennis, I just came back now and played 6 games today while steph and alex played football. At least tonight was a free night. One of the balls was finally finished the Marine ball, we just have the UN ball to look forward. Lots of preparation to do. Some affairs were cancelled.
GUY: Hello Phoebe, are you still in Bangladesh. I thought about you and your family when I saw on the news what was happening over there. I hope you and your family are safe. TAke care. My prayers are with you.
*** Thanks Guy, how are you and all the family? Yes, we are still in dhaka. We have a little shakening here on the political situation. But the riots, violence and other street demonstration are happening outside dhaka. In our area which is the diplomatic zone, it's quiet, offices are open and schools are running normally and we live normally too. Bangladesh will have the national election in January and 3 months before the election, the current administration stepped down and a caretaker government took over until a new team will be elected. Since both opposition party and the incumbent are not in agreement, so the atmosphere is a little shakey. Although we are not directly affected, still, we feel sorry for those victims of the violence in the streets.
carlota: thanks sa tawag ha really appreciate it. ang sweet mo talaga madame. hugs muuahh.

I enjoyed viewing all the photos, salamat ulit! As for Halloween, yep, we took Ninev out for trick or treating but not very long. I had my period that time and wasn't very comfortable walking around. Tapos nagpakarga pa siya sa akin, ayaw niya kay Chip. LOL! But it was fun, when we got back binigyan ko siya ng isang chocolate for her to eat, and the rest eh itinago ko. Her costume is Uniqua, a character from the Backyardigans that you can watch from Nick Jr. or the cartoon network. Our Thanksgiving also went well. We had dinner with our friends, masaya. I think I have sent you the link. I've been very busy too lately, with Ninev most especially. Saka last month, Chip had a car accident. An old lady hit him while he was on his way to the store from work. I was terrified and very worried, but thank God, he survived and so was the lady. He suffered from bruises though, backpains and sore wrist. He's on bed rest for about a week. Christmas is just around the corner. Where will you celebrate the season 'te? Ninev and I just put up our tree yesterday. She was very excited when I took out the tree and the ornaments from their boxes. She helped out too, trying to hang some of the ornaments, though most times she's into playing each one of them. LOL! O sige, until here ulit. Take care always and best regards to the whole family! God bless! =)
